Sales Policy:
Bolt and Tool Direct offers items listed on our website and many other items that may not be listed. For complete information please phone us toll-free at 1-877-222-4252. Our business hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm E.S.T. Monday thru Friday. You may place orders on-line 24/7. Our pricing is subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to correct make pricing adjustments to our listed prices and to order acknowledgements before shipping. The customer is responsible for all applicable sales taxes and these charges will be added to your invoice unless you provide us with a current government issued exemption certificate. Normal sales taxes are not added to shipments outside of Florida.
Freight Policy:
We do not charge freight on most orders that ship to the lower 48 States based on product availability and the lowest cost shipping method. Some exclusions may apply and we will inform you prior to payment processing and shipping. Our Freight Free Policy applies to business address deliveries on orders over $100. A shipping and handling fee of $20 will apply to all orders under $100. Special charges may also apply for shipping of hazardous materials, export orders, C.O.D. orders, residential delivery orders, or special handling by the carrier. Cancellation and Material Return Policy:
If you need to cancel an order we will make every reasonable effort to stop shipment. Certain items that are specially manufactured or specially cut may not be cancelled once the action begins. If the cancelled items have already shipped then the order may be treated as a request to return merchandise once you have received it. All requests to return material must have approval from us. We will issue a RMA (return material authorization) and give you instructions as to how and where to ship the items. Return freight charges are your responsibility unless we shipped your order incorrectly. Items that we deem to be defective or having concealed damaged upon arrival must also be approved for return. Warranties:
All products offered through Bolt and Tool Direct.com are warranted through the Manufacturer. Our responsibility is to facilitate the warranty by any option that is in the best interest of the customer and us. To that end we may replace or repair defective items or credit to your account at our option. We also reserve the right to return any item to the manufacturer for examination before replacement or credit to your account is made. We will in good faith without cost to you attempt to remedy any claim for defects in material and workmanship for any item that we have sold to you under the guidelines of the manufacturer of that item. Bolt and Tool Direct nor any of its officers or employees may make any claim of warranty to the contrary of this policy. We will not be held responsible for consequential damages resulting from the use of defective material nor do we make any claim of suitability of any products sold for any particular application or use. Our total liability for any claim of defective material or goods purchased from us is limited to the purchase price of the item.
